Mr. N Visweswara Reddy, Chairman of the Company, has over three decades of experience in the Transformer industry. He took the reins of entrepreneurship as a Managing Partner of Ms Shirdi Sai Electricals in 1994. He was one of the early entrepreneur who ventured into EPC business to undertake rural electrification works, substation works and other transmission and distribution related projects in the country. Mr. Visweswara Reddy has received National Energy Conservation Award from Ministry of Power in 2014 for his contribution to produce more number of energy efficient transformers in the country.
He is currently the Managing Director of M/s Shirdi Sai Electrical Limited (Holding Company of Indo Tech Transformers Limited
Mr. Ajay Kumar Dhagat, Independent Director of the company, is an Electrical Engineer from University of Jabalpur and also a recipient of Talent Search Scholarship holder of Atomic Energy Commission. He has more than four decades of vast industrial experience in the transformers industry. He is an industry veteran who has held several key positions in Companies such as GEC of India, Areva T&D India Ltd, Alstom SA., Tebma Shipyards Ltd, Revathi Equipment Ltd, Alstom T&D (Asia Pacific Region) etc., during his tenure.
He has been instrumental in building scalable systems and processes. He has contributed significantly to business strategy restructuring, re-branding and the growth plans of the Company during his earlier tenure as Whole Time Director of the company.
Dr. Sutanu Behuria, Independent Director, Postgraduate in Economics from Delhi School of Economics as well as a postgraduate and Ph.D in Economics from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. He is an Indian Administrative Services Officer (Himachal Pradesh) from the 1976 batch. He has an illustrious carrier spanning 38 years of professional experience during which he served as Secretary in the Dept. of Fertilisers, National Disaster Management Authority, Ministry of Minority Affairs and Department of Heavy Industry.
He has worked as Finance and Planning Secretary in Himachal Pradesh Government and has also been Advisor to the Finance Minister of Mauritius for 2 years under a Commonwealth program. He has served as Board member in over 25 PSUs.
Ms. Leena M Sathyanarayanan, Independent Director, is a graduate in B. Com and qualified Chartered Accountant. She has also completed ACS, Grad. CWA & CISA (US). She has gathered around 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry where she was instrumental in establishment of an Indo-Japanese joint venture business entity, while at Bimetal Bearings Ltd (Amalgamations Group). She also held key position as Business Controller for Europe & Americas at Elgi Equipment and was Chief Financial Officer at Craftsman Automation Pvt Lt.
She moved to practice in 2013 and now is a partner at VKS Aiyer & Co, a Chartered Accountants firm with a legacy of 50 years. Her practice areas cover Audit & Assurance. Her practice areas cover Audit & Assurance. She also has a vast experience covering horizon of product planning, systems implementation, business integration, etc.
Mr. Sharat Chandra Kolla, Non-Executive Director of the company, is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer from Andhra University. He started his career in transformer industry in 1989 and was responsible for Production, Quality & Marketing functions. He has rich and vast experience of 28 years plus in the fields of Manufacturing, Quality, Testing and People Management. He has held position of General Manager- International Business Development with M/s. Vijai Electricals Pvt. Ltd., (which was acquired by Toshiba). He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of M/s. Shirdi Sai Electrical Limited (Holding Company of Indo Tech Transformers Limited.
Mr. Sudheer Vennam, Non-Executive Director of the company, is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Andhra Pradesh and a Postgraduate in Production and Operations Management and Alumnus of Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden, he is also a Chartered Member of The Institution of Engineers (India). He has 15 plus years of rich experience in Business Development both in domestic and International and was instrumental in establishing oversees testing and after sales facilities in Italy and Greece, while at Vijai Electricals Limited (Now Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems India Pvt Ltd). He is currently employed as Head International Business Development with M/s Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited (Holding Company of Indo Tech Transformers Limited) and he is active member of Mergers & Acquisitions/Growth initiatives of the SSEL.
Mr. Shridhar Gokhale, CEO & Whole-Time Director of the Company, is a post graduate in Electrical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology & Science (MITS) and has also underwent Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta. He has over three decades of experience in Transformers Industry predominantly in areas of Production, Planning and Control, Maintenance, Projects, Marketing and Quality Management System (QMS).
