Mr. Shridhar Gokhale, CEO & Whole-Time Director of the Company, is a post graduate in Electrical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology & Science (MITS) and has also underwent Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta. He has over three decades of experience in Transformers Industry predominantly in areas of Production, Planning and Control, Maintenance, Projects, Marketing and Quality Management System (QMS).
He is working with Indo Tech for the past 8 years before which he was employed as Chief Operating Office of CG Power Systems Indonesia.
Mr. Purushothaman M, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Whole Time Director (WTD) holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He has a overall 28 years’ experience in the field of sales and marketing. He is working with Indo Tech for the past 7 years as Head – Sales & Marketing before which he was employed at Vice President – Transformers & Rectifiers (India).
Mr. Saikrishnan C P, Chief Financial Officer, is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant, has overall experience of 24 years in various industry backgrounds. He possesses multifarious experience and expertise in the field of Finance, Accounting and Taxation etc.,
He is working with Indo Tech for the past about 7 years as Chief Financial Officer before which he was employed as Manager in Olam Information Services Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Manikandan M, Company Secretary, is a qualified Company Secretary and Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He has around 3 years of expertise in the field of Secretarial / Corporate Services, Legal Affairs, Finance, etc.,
He is working with Indo Tech for the past 3 years before which he was employed in Ford.
Mr. Dayanand, Chief Operating Officer, holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has overall all experience of 31 years in the transformer industry. He is working with Indo Tech for the past 29 years before which he was employed as Production Executive at Crompton Greaves. During his employment tenure with Indo Tech, over the years he had worked in various functions of Production, Maintenance and Services at our organization.
Mr. Shiva Prasad Padhy is a qualified Company Secretary and Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a graduate in Economics (Hons) and holds a LLB from Annamalai University.
He possesses notable experience regulatory compliance under Companies Act & SEBI Regulations including Board Management, Corporate Restructuring, Policy Development, Stakeholder Management etc., He is also proficient in handling General Counsel responsibilities including contract management, litigation management, advisory matters, and legal risk management.
He has an overall experience of 19 plus years during which he has held the position of Company Secretary along with General Counsel Responsibilities in several companies including Hyundai Mobis India Limited, Loyal Textile Mills Limited (Listed Company), The Ascott (Singapore Multinational Corporation) etc., His last employment was Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Panasonic Carbon India Co. Ltd (BSE Listed).
Mr. Karthick D is a qualified Company Secretary and Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a graduate in Commerce from Madras Christian College.
He has a post qualification experience of 4 years and overall experience of 11 plus Years. He possesses hands on experience in the field of secretarial compliance under Companies Act & SEBI Regulations and has held Company Secretary position in various companies.
